What is more interesting however are the links Kelly has to some of the other scientists who died under mysterious circumstances and in particular what they were working on.

Dr. David Kelly likely had contact with Dr. Larry C. Ford during Kellys tenure at the United Kingdom's Porton Down, where in 1984 Kelly was installed as it's chief microbiologist. Since the late 1950's Porton Down's central role has been research into chemical and biological weapons. During Kelly's tenure at Porton Down there existed an affiliation with South Africas bioweapon program named Project Coast. It is well documented that Dr. Larry C. Ford had made several trips to South Africa in connection with Project Coast. Project Coast was primarily concerned with two principal areas the first being the development of genetically altered diseases that would affect only people or groups i.e. blacks, with a common distinctive genetic marker or trait, and secondly, weapons to be used in an assassination of key individuals."
